Are You Actually in Tune with your Menstrual Cycle?

 Hey girly! Hot question for you… are you actually in tune with your menstrual cycle?? (*hint: most women are not!*)

Let’s be real for a second! Most of us were only taught to think about our menstrual cycle in one way… “Did I get my period this month?”

 And then eventually, when we’re starting to think about trying to conceive, it might shift more towards “when am I ovulating?”

Here’s the thing… your cycle is doing so much more behind the scenes. It’s not just about pregnancy (or avoiding it). It’s one of the clearest, most powerful indicators of your overall health.

And if you’re not tracking it intentionally, you’re missing a lot of signals your body is trying to send you. We like to think of your cycle as a monthly report card and a dashboard of what’s going on underneath the hood.

Every single month, your body is giving you feedback on things like:

  •         Hormone balance
  •         Stress levels
  •         Nutrient status
  •         Sleep quality
  •         Thyroid function
  •         Overall metabolic health

The problem? Most women were never taught how to tune into the information, or they are using contraceptive methods that mask their bodies true blueprint.

Leading a lot of women to normalize things like:

  •         Painful periods
  •         Mood swings that feel out of control
  •         Random cycle lengths
  •         Low energy or libido

…and assume it’s just “part of being a woman.” When in reality, it’s not and life has so much more to offer when we’re feeling our best!
