Q: Is The Natural Blueprint an app or a medical device?
A: No. We are not an app, not a contraceptive device, and not a medical product. We offer education that equips you with knowledge to track and interpret your unique fertility indicators. We may suggest various tools and devices that can help make implementing this fertility awareness method a little easier on you.

Q: Who is The Natural Blueprint for?
A: Our course is designed for women and monogamous couples 18 years or older who want to better understand their fertility—whether they are looking for information to help avoid pregnancy naturally, to help prepare for conception, or simply to learn more about their body. We truly believe that our course shares information that all women deserve and should know about their reproductive health. We also discuss other topics that can help support general hormonal health around clean living, nutrition, stress, sleep and more!

Q: What is included in The Natural Blueprint On Demand Course?
A: Our on-demand course includes 12 self-paced modules, broken up into bite-sized videos. These videos walk you through the sympto-thermal method to support you in fertility tracking and discuss women’s hormonal health. We also discuss nutrition and lifestyle strategies and how that can impact your hormones.
Q: Do I need any prior experience with charting or women’s health?
A: No experience is necessary. We’ll start with the basics and build step by step so you feel confident along the way. It’s an introductory course, so feel free to just jump on into learning with us!

Q: Are you medical professionals?
A: No. We are educators. We are not medical providers and our content does not replace medical advice. For questions about your personal health, fertility, or any medical condition, please consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider. Michelle is a registered dietitian, and Melanie is certified in one of the fertility awareness methods, FEMM, which is not the method taught in this course.
Q: Does this program guarantee pregnancy prevention or achievement?
A: No. The sympto-thermal method is an approach that can effectively help you reach your goals - whether it be to help you avoid pregnancy or achieve it. However, individual results vary. Fertility awareness methods, including those discussed in this course, carry inherent limitations and risks. Engaging in sexual activity may result in pregnancy, even when following the practices described. We make no guarantees regarding prevention or achievement of pregnancy.
Q: Does The Natural Blueprint protect against STIs or STDs?
A: No. The method taught in our course does not prevent sexually transmitted infections/disease.
Q: I have a medical condition (e.g., thyroid disorder, PCOS). Can I still use your course?
A: Our course provides general education only. If you have a medical condition that affects your hormones or cycles, or if you are postpartum, breastfeeding, or perimenopausal, it’s essential to consult your healthcare provider before relying on the sympto-thermal method taught in our course for birth control.
Q: Does taking this course create a patient–provider relationship with Michelle (Registered Dietitian) or Melanie (Certified FEMM Instructor)?
A: No. Participation in our courses or workshops does not establish a patient–provider or client relationship with Michelle, who is a Registered Dietitian, or Melanie, who is a Certified FEMM Instructor. Any nutrition or fertility education shared is for general educational purposes only and is not individualized medical or nutrition counseling. For personal guidance, please consult your healthcare provider.

Q: How does the course work?
A: Once you enroll, you get access to our on-demand video lessons, downloadable workbooks, and additional resources for 1 year. You can learn at your own pace. Feel free to ask your partner to join you! It’s great to learn together.

Q: How long will I have access to the course?
A: Once purchased, you’ll have 1 year (365 days) to access all course materials.

Q. Is the course self-paced?
A: Yes! You can complete the course entirely on your own schedule. Some learners finish in just a few weeks, while others take their time and work through the modules gradually.
Q: How long does the course take to complete?
A: The full course is about 4 and a half hours of content, plus optional exercises and practice activities.
Q: Are refunds available?
A: No. We do not offer refunds, due to the nature of instant access digital courses. All sales are final.
Q: Can I share my login or course materials with others?
A: No. Your purchase provides a personal license for your own educational use. Sharing course materials or login information is prohibited. You are permitted to watch the content with your significant other.
Q: Can I access the course on mobile or tablet?
A: Yes! The course platform is mobile-friendly. If using a mobile device, we recommend downloading the Kajabi app.
Q: I would love to sign up but I cannot afford it. Do you offer any discounts or scholarships?
A: For discounts, there may be promotions from time to time that are advertised on our instagram or via our email list. This is not something we offer frequently but may occur occasionally.

Tracking & Interpretation

Q: Will The Natural Blueprint track my fertility data for me?
A: No. We are not an app. You are responsible for recording and interpreting your own fertility signs, such as basal body temperature, cervical fluid, and other observations.
Q: What if I make a mistake in tracking or interpreting my cycle?
A: Learning to interpret your fertility signs accurately takes time and practice. Factors like illness, stress, travel, medications, or irregular cycles can affect your signs. We provide general education and information, but you are responsible for how you record and apply that information.

Q: Do you guarantee results?
A: No. We share evidence-based education and practical guidance, but your results depend on many personal factors. Testimonials shared by students are individual experiences and not promises of outcomes.
