Welcome to thenaturalblueprint.org (the “Site”), operated by The Natural Blueprint, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to the Site, subdomains, and your purchase, enrollment in, and use of our programs, courses, memberships, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or using any Services, you (“you,” “User,” or “Student”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
1) Eligibility, Important Safety Notices, Assumption of Risk & Waiver
1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Services are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it and terminate the account. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are using the Services solely for your own personal purposes.
1.2 Educational Purpose Only; No Medical Advice. All content provided by The Natural Blueprint LLC, including our courses, videos, handouts, and downloadable materials, is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not licensed medical providers, and the Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Natural Blueprint LLC and its members, officers, managers, and employees are not certified in the fertility awareness method described. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding questions about your health, fertility, or reproductive care.
Portions of the Services may include nutrition, diet, or wellness information provided by a registered dietitian. All such content is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not individualized nutrition counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in our programs does not establish a dietitian–client or provider–patient relationship. Nutrition information provided through the Services may not be appropriate for all individuals, particularly those with specific medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplement routine, or lifestyle. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health decisions, and that The Natural Blueprint LLC disclaims liability for any adverse outcomes related to reliance on such information.
1.3 Not a Contraceptive or Medical Device. The Services provide general education and information that may help you understand fertility awareness concepts. The Services do not directly prevent pregnancy, diagnose conditions, or deliver medical care; they are not a contraceptive, fertility treatment, or medical device, and they do not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs/STDs). Engaging in sexual activity carries an inherent risk of pregnancy, even when following fertility awareness methods or practices described. We make no guarantees regarding the prevention or achievement of pregnancy.
1.4 User Responsibility; Measurement & Interpretation Limitations. If you choose to track signs, symptoms, or measurements (e.g., basal temperature, cycle observations), you are solely responsible for recording accurate data and for how you interpret and apply it. Accuracy can be affected by numerous factors including but not limited to, illness, stress, sleep changes, travel, medications or supplements, alcohol use, postpartum/lactation status, perimenopause, PCOS, endometriosis, cycle irregularity, device variance, and environmental or user error. Fertility awareness methods may be particularly unreliable for individuals experiencing perimenopause, menopause, postpartum hormone shifts, or other reproductive or endocrine conditions that affect cycle regularity. If you are in one of these categories, you should not rely solely on the Services for pregnancy prevention or planning. Information may become outdated and may not apply to your specific circumstances.
1.5 No Guarantee of Results; Individual Variability. We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, including pregnancy achievement or avoidance. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not typical; your results will vary.
1.6 Assumption of Risk & Release. By using the Services, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with applying the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless The Natural Blueprint LLC and its owners, officers, managers, members, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to your use of the Services.
1.7 No Provider–Patient Relationship. Accessing the Site or Services does not create a clinician–patient relationship with The Natural Blueprint LLC or any of its contributors. You should not delay or disregard professional advice because of information received from the Services.
1.8 Language & Comprehension. To use the Services appropriately, you must be able to read and understand English (or another language we expressly support on the Site). Misunderstandings due to language limitations are at your own risk.
2) Acceptance & Modifications
2.1 Acceptance. By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms. Your agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the Site or Services.
2.2 Modifications. We may update these Terms and modify or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time, in our sole discretion. Changes are effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
3) Accounts, Security & User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation. Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
3.2 Credential Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your access.
3.3 Proper Use. You agree not to use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes; not to post infringing, defamatory, or offensive content; not to scrape or data‑mine; not to interfere with or disrupt the Site; and not to use the Services to compete with us or to create derivative works.
4) Purchases, Access & Refunds
4.1 Digital Products & Courses. All sales for digital products and course access are final and non‑refundable once access credentials are issued. Purchases are non‑transferable.
4.2 Access License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased materials and Services solely for your individual educational purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the content. You may not share, sublicense, resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer your access or the materials to any other person or entity. Access to the Services and content is intended solely for individuals located within the United States. By purchasing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are physically located in the United States at the time of access.
4.3 Payment Authorization. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for all purchases. You are responsible for any charges resulting from inaccurate payment information.
4.4 EEA/UK Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content. If you are resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you acknowledge that the Services include digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (cooling‑off right) once delivery of the digital content begins. This is required by, and intended to comply with, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We present a clear checkbox at checkout for this consent; if you do not consent, do not complete the purchase. This clause does not affect any non‑excludable rights you may have under applicable law.
4.5 Lifetime Access Disclaimer. Any reference to “lifetime access” means either (a) access for the period of one year from the purchase date, or (b) the continued availability of the purchased product or Service for as long as it is offered by us, whichever is shorter. We reserve the right to retire, discontinue, or remove access to any digital product, course, or Service at our discretion. Lifetime does not mean unlimited, perpetual, or guaranteed access.
5) Memberships & Subscriptions
5.1 Auto‑Renewal. Certain Services may be sold as ongoing memberships or subscriptions. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual) using the payment method on file.
5.2 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions in your account dashboard or contacting us. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not entitle you to a refund for the current period. You will retain access until the end of your prepaid subscription term.
5.3 Price Changes. We may change subscription prices upon reasonable notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5.4 No Refunds. All subscription payments are non‑refundable, except as required by law.
6) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in the Services (including videos, PDFs, handouts, graphics, workbooks, text, trademarks, and logos) is owned by The Natural Blueprint LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
6.1 Third‑Party IP; Educational Referencing. Our courses and materials may include summaries, citations, quotations, screenshots, images, graphics, or references to third‑party research, publications, brands, products, or content (collectively, “Third‑Party IP”) solely for educational and informational purposes. We do not claim any ownership of such Third‑Party IP. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, copyrights, patents, and other proprietary rights mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. Images and graphics are used for illustrative purposes only. Any use of Third‑Party IP does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. If you believe any material infringes your rights, please contact us so we can review and address your request.
6.2 Downloads & Copying Restrictions. Digital downloads and course files provided through our Services are licensed solely for your individual educational use. You may not share, upload, resell, publish, or otherwise redistribute these materials. Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of your access and legal action.
7) Live Workshops & Recordings
7.1 Scheduling Flexibility. Live workshops or group sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduled times are not grounds for a refund. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice and alternative times.
7.2 Recording & Consent. By participating in live workshops, classes, or group sessions, you grant us permission to record the session (including your voice, likeness, and any contributions you make). You consent to the use of such recordings for educational, marketing, or resale purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, please refrain from speaking or activating your camera and notify us in advance. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
7.3 No Guarantee of Replay. Access to recordings of live workshops may be provided at our discretion. We do not guarantee lifetime or permanent access to recordings.
8) Affiliate Links & Third‑Party Products/Services
8.1 Personal Views. Our Site and Services may include links to third‑party websites, products, or services, including affiliate links through which we may earn a commission if you make a purchase. Any recommendations we make are based on our personal views and experiences, and should not be construed as formal endorsements or guarantees.
8.2 No Endorsement; No Control. We do not control or operate third‑party offerings and are not responsible for their content, quality, claims, pricing, or practices. Your dealings with third parties, including payment, delivery, customer service, and dispute resolution, are solely between you and the third party and will be governed by that third party’s own terms, policies, and conditions.
8.3 No Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability related to third‑party sites, products, or services, including any claims, damages, or losses incurred in connection with them.
9) User Content, Feedback & Publicity Release
If you submit, post, upload, tag, mention, or otherwise share any content, comments, testimonials, reviews, suggestions, photos, videos, audio, or feedback about our Site or Services (collectively, “User Content”), including but not limited to posts on social media, email communications, or other channels, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works from such User Content in any media now known or later developed.
9.1 Publicity Release. You further grant The Natural Blueprint LLC the right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and any other indicia of identity (“Right of Publicity”) as included in or connected to User Content, without compensation, in connection with our marketing, promotion, and resale of Services.
9.2 Ownership, Accuracy & Responsibility. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the above licenses and releases, and that your User Content complies with law and these Terms. You further represent that any statements of fact, testimonials, or feedback you provide are truthful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and reflect your actual experiences. You remain solely responsible for your User Content.
9.3 Monitoring. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove User Content we consider objectionable or in violation of these Terms.
10) Privacy
Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. Please review it carefully. We may use de‑identified information to improve the Services and for analytics. We do not use information to provide individualized medical advice.
11) Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR‑FREE.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE NATURAL BLUEPRINT LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED US $100.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Natural Blueprint LLC and its affiliates, officers, managers, members, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.
14) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Sections 1, 6–13, 15–16 survive termination.
15) Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Waiver of Class Actions
15.1 Good Faith Resolution.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at thenaturalblueprint@gmail.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration as described below.
15.2 Mandatory Binding Arbitration.
Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services (collectively, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, before a single neutral arbitrator seated in Cook County, Illinois, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by the parties. If in-person attendance would cause undue hardship, the arbitration may be conducted by videoconference.
If the AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the arbitration, The Natural Blueprint LLC may select another nationally recognized arbitration provider that uses comparable consumer arbitration rules designed to protect consumers (such as JAMS or ADR Services). The arbitration will proceed before a single arbitrator under that provider’s rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15.3 No Class or Representative Actions.
You and The Natural Blueprint LLC agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
15.4 Costs and Fees.
Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except that the arbitrator may, in their discretion or as required by applicable law, award reasonable fees and costs to the prevailing party. The Company will pay any filing, administration, or arbitrator fees required to make this arbitration provision enforceable.
15.5 Governing Law.
These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
15.6 Opt-Out Option.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to thenaturalblueprint@gmail.com within 30 days of your first purchase or use of the Services, stating your full name and your intent to opt out. If you opt out, or if a court finds this arbitration clause unenforceable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16) International Use
We make no representation that the Site or Services are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Access is intended solely for individuals located within the U.S. We may block or restrict access to the Services from other jurisdictions at our discretion. If you access the Site from other locations, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
17) Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Natural Blueprint LLC regarding the Site and Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of such right.
