Baby is here!!!!
Jun 16, 2026
Hi!!!!!
This is the best newsletter of all time because I'm so excited to share that BABY HAS ARRIVED!!! ICYMI: Michelle was preggo and just had a BABY. A literal angel. Mom and baby are so happy and healthy. :)
Hereās the weekly tea hehehe
FAV CLEAN PRODUCT THIS WEEK:
- A TNB student clean rec!
- Floss: A couple weeks ago, I had recommended floss and one of our old students mentioned that even though it doesn't have PFAS, the floss I mentioned was still made from 85% polyester, so micro plastics can still get into your bloodstream. Sooo she recommended Zerowaste floss that's made from bamboo and has zero plastic/PFAS. :)
- If anyone has any clean recs they're loving and think others should know about, please send to us!!!!!
- Glass tupperware:
- This is the most random rec and not cute/fun lol BUT we have literally removed alllll plastic from our house. Here's the tupperware we've been using and liking
- If you're on-the-go for work or a mama, here's a stainless steel bento box we're loving.
- Sunscreen and bug spray
- I LOVE this brand. Badger has great clean products. I will say, their sunscreen is a bit thick / can have white streaks. So....just keep that in mind. But, worth it IMO..
- Organic loose-leaf rasberry leaf tea:
- Great for the pregnant girlies but also great for those wanting to have better cycle symptoms!
- Organic, mold-free coffee:
- This is a great option for Fathers day coming up!!
- Fun fact that I only recently learned; Decaf coffee has two ways of becoming decaffeinated. There's a chemical process and a water process (this is what you want!). This brand decaffeinates their coffee the right way.
WHAT WE'RE UP TO THIS WEEK:
- Dream influencer/partnership ask: We decided to finally grow the balls to ask our dream partner if she'd ever want to partner together. Chances may be ~~slim~~ but we're asking anyway!!! We'll keep you updated if anything happens from that ;)
WHAT WE'RE CHATTIN' ABOUT IN OUR GROUPCHAT:
- Endometriosis Self-Assessment: NaPro providers are incredible resources if you are having trouble with conceiving a baby or if your cycles are wonky and you're not sure what's going on. One of the NaPro providers that I follow on instagram created this self-assessment for endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition where endometrial tissue grows outside of the uterus itself and it often leads to severe stomach pain, especially during mensuration. Other symptoms include pain during sex, painful bowel movements, infertility, fatigue, and heavy periods. If you're noticing any of this, take this self-assessment! You can use it to advocate for yourself at your next doctors appointment.
- Let's chat about cervical fluid shifts: So, there are two key shifts in cervical fluid that should be observed in a healthy cycle where ovulation occurs.
- The first shift is when you see cervical fluid for the first time in your cycle. For example, let's say you just had your period, and then you had a couple days where you don't observe anything, but today for the first time you finally see cervical fluid this cycle. That's your first cervical fluid shift to keep in mind, and that means you just entered the fertile window. Any observation of cervical fluid at the beginning of your cycle means you just entered the fertile window. That presence of cervical fluid is indicating that estrogen is rising and your body is preparing for a potential ovulation.
- The second shift that can occur is when you go from really fertile cervical fluid to post-ovulatory dry fluid. If you've ovulated, then this will mark the shift from your follicular phase to your luteal phase. Obviously, temps will play a part here as well and you'll need to stay in that dry/non-wet fluid the rest of your cycle!
