How to pinpoint your fertile window naturally...and why your DR probably didn't mention it
May 12, 2026
Hey hey my gals!
Comin’ at ya with another weekly newsletter. It’s Mel here this week:)
Here’s the weekly tea hehehe
FAV CLEAN PRODUCT THIS WEEK:
- Kids Earthley Soap: I know this says kids soap, but *trust*. That just means it comes in dope shapes / sizes LOL I have eczema every winter, and this soap has helped me SO much. I am usually so embarrassed because I’m like bleeding on my hands when I’m seeing friends. But, I haven’t had such mild eczema in years after using this soap daily. I love love love it. I also bought this wooden soap dish as a holder.
- Short Story electrolytes: Michelle found these at the Farmers market last week and they have such clean ingredients! In case you’re wondering what our actual texts to each other are like… check out the pic below lolololol

WHAT WE'RE UP TO THIS WEEK:
- A food blogger I’m lovin: if anyone is interested in finding easy and healthy recipes, I am obsessed with following Jenna. She has a budget series where she shares how to spend like $80 on groceries and make a ton of food. I just made her sweet potato tacos the other day for a meal train. 11/10
- We need some social media advice from our fav people (you guys)!!
- We’ve been trying to think of questions that we had in the beginning, when we were first learning about or even first thinking about switching to a natural method of birth control. We want our social media to be helpful and to aim to answer these questions. Are there any big questions that you either still have or had when you first started thinking / learning about this stuff? Let me know and I can make posts about it!
- I know this is the most random request, but if anyone has a cool ~influencer friend~ that you think might be interested in taking our course, please let us know :) We’re doing some reach outs to influencers and would love to connect with them (and we’d be so grateful for the connection!)
WHAT WE'RE CHATTIN' ABOUT IN OUR GROUPCHAT:
Most women grow up believing they can get pregnant any day of the month, but that’s not actually true. In this blog, we explore the science behind the fertile window, the natural signs your body gives you every cycle, and why fertility awareness education is often missing from doctor visits. Check out our blog: “How to pinpoint when you’re fertile naturally - and why your doctor probably didn’t mention it” to learn more.
