Making the switch from other birth control methods to the sympto-thermal method
Hey gals!
Happy Tuesday! Who’s pumped for the long-weekend ahead?! Memorial Day Weekend is my favorite long weekend of the year because it always feels like the official kickoff to summer. What’s everyone up to this weekend?! I’m officially less than two weeks away from my due date so my biggest to-do for this weekend is hanging with my husband and getting a prenatal massage 🙂.
Here’s the weekly tea:

Fav clean product of the week: Saie’s Glowy Super Skin Tint Foundation. I just started using this in a slightly darker tink than my usual skin tint for summer and I have been loving it! It glides on so well and makes my skin texture instantly look smoother. It’s rated a 2 on EWG & an 83/100 on Yuka, so overall pretty good ingredients for a foundation! Also, added bonus that it has SPF30 in it for summa time!
Fave new healthy snack of the week: Alec’s Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cups. These have been my biggest pregnancy craving. Well, really any type of ice cream, so I have been on the hunt for a healthier-ish option and this one checks all the boxes! Made with simple ingredients, low added sugar, and A2 dairy I have been OBSESSED! It’s also the perfect serving size.
