HEY YA'LL.
Comin’ at ya with another weekly newsletter. It’s Mel here this week:) and I'll be here the next little while as Michelle has baby / gets adjusted into mamahood (baby is not here yet!!!!! on baby watch).
Here’s the weekly tea hehehe
FAV CLEAN PRODUCT THIS WEEK:
- Cocofloss: Liking the product but why is clean floss soooo expensive though??? A lot of the popular brands of floss have PFAS because of what they use to make it easier to slide between your teeth. PFAS are man-made chemicals, called 'forever chemicals' because they are super persistent and don't break down easily in our bodies. So it can take yearssss for the level to go down incrementally and be excreted. boo. hiss.
- Bink Waterbottle: Glass bottle, cute colors, @ Target!! If you'd prefer an insulated waterbottle, Lead Safe Mama recommends HydroFlask because they don't use lead in the insulation process.
WHAT WE'RE UP TO THIS WEEK:

WHAT WE'RE CHATTIN' ABOUT IN OUR GROUPCHAT:
- Michelle and I love to send our charts to each other, and we love when friends send us their chart to get help with them! Check out the chart below and let's walk through it together on what I'd say to this gal on her unique cycle.
- 3 day period (cycle day 1-3)
- From cycle day 1-16, her temps fell in a pre-ovulatory range typically within 97.0-97.4. She experienced a healthy shift in CF from menses to dry fluid for a few days, then sticky --> creamy --> eggwhite cervical fluid. Her eggwhite cervical fluid is on cycle day 15 and 16; Peak day is cycle day 16.
- Ovulation is indicated on day 16.
- From cycle day 17- the rest of her cycle, she experiences the shift in temps to her post-ovulatory range, as her temps are within 97.7-98.1. She started experiencing dry fluid on day 17. So far, we can see she's had an 8 day luteal phase, but she didn't get her period yet so more days to come.
- If she was trying to get pregnant, I'd say the best days to have sex are between cycle day 11-16.

PS - Feel free to DM us if any of your friends have questions or want to learn more. Our on-demand course is $199 and includes recurring office hours access to mel and michelle so we can hang out virtually yippeeeeeeeeeee
